poor she
came to study poetry
write not it (don't you see?)
baring soul in honesty
invades her privacy
healed Not by diplomacy

not! uneducated
not! unmotivated
nor even uncooperated
but when writingmandated
shyness notcompensated
and agony Understated

tormented out a truthfulgem
now creating newproblem
fact not hiding from them
for gentlygrown on slender stem
a bud now bloomsapoem
the poet? words she cannot condem:

they're real; it's Good!
