Kids
Margaret V.Doran
My children are a source of joy each day
Their antics will delight you one and all
Tho' I might go beserk along the way
For I must keep impatience far at bay
Even though they sometimes fight and brawl
My children are a source of joy each day
They pay respect to every word I say
I do not hold my breath when e'er I call
For I might go beserk along the way
If we should be in public I will pray
Their actions will not vere from protocol
My children are a source of joy each day
I credit them with every strand of grey
And hope your estimation will not fall
If I should go beserk along the way
You KNOW I often need to look away
Or I would prematurely see my pall
My children are a source of joy each day
Tho' I might go beserk along the way
