The Wind

Lift your face to the wind
let it pull your being
to freshness,
     to understanding
           to wellness
                 to peace

Inhale the wind
the breath of God
fill your lungs
     fill your body
           fill your soul
                 fill your life

Exhale the wind
let it conjoin
with your world
     with the universe
           with ages future
                 with God
